Free camping from Thursday 13 April up until Monday morning 17 April 2017.

All sites are available as “first in best dressed” basis for those who have nominated for the World Barramundi Fishing Competition held in Burketown over the Easter long weekend. This year there is over $20,000 in prizes available as cash and trophies. This is a fun weekend for the entire family that also supports the Royal Flying Doctors Service and other community groups. The fishing competition is held in three rivers, the Leichhardt, Albert and Nicholson Rivers, all in the Burketown region.

All campsites will be available for booking from the 17 April.
